Webinar: Understanding FCC Regulations Compliance in Satelite Networks

Join us on 11/28/2007 from 2:00pm - 3:30pm

Some North American utilities require the use of satellite VSATs (Very Small Aperture Terminals) for the collection of SCADA information; the transmission of voice; and the video surveillance of sites. These VSAT networks are regulated and licensed by the FCC. To overcome the regulatory hurdles in obtaining and maintaining a VSAT license, the applicant must have a good understanding of frequency coordination, power levels, antenna requirements, type of satellites and radiation hazard, among other things.

This Webinar will provide you with the information you need now to make sure your satellite networks comply with FCC regulatory standards.
