Webinar: Understanding & Complying with the Latest Pole Attachment Issues

The FCC is considering landmark changes to the rates, terms and conditions for pole attachments. This Webinar will review the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and assess its impact on utilities. One of the key issues will be the rate that will apply to pole attachments used to provide broadband services. This Webinar will focus on this issue, and consider its impact on joint use agreements with ILECs. The webinar will also explore the issues with regard to best practices for the terms and conditions for access to pole attachments. The Webinar will consider possible changes to the rate that CLECs pay for pole attachments. Finally, the webinar will explore strategies to respond to these issues at the FCC.
